About Turkistan Roaches (Red Runners)

The Turkistan Roach (Blatta lateralis), also known as the Red Runner Roach, is one of the best live feeder insects for reptiles, amphibians, and arachnids. Unlike crickets, they are odourless, clean, and highly nutritious, making them a great staple or alternative feeder.
